Description in the Javanese wayang retellings: Although supposedly the son of Pandu, he is in reality an incarnation of Aswin. After the Baratayuda war, he became the rules of Mandaraka. He was an able horseman. He died a perfect death with his four brothers some time after that.
Notes on the Indian retellings: He is originally the son of the Ashwini twins and Kunti. He is believed to be the most handsome amongst the Pandavas.
